Latipes Malagousia of Alpha Estate comes from the vineyard of the same name. Skin contact is followed in an inert atmosphere, low temperature and the fermentation is done with native yeasts in white burnt oak barrels, combined with Greek robolo (whitebark pine) 7,500 Lt , remaining with fine lees for 9 months.
In the glass the colour is a lemony with slight greenish highlights. On the nose we find aromatic aromas of citrus fruits, stone fruits , flowers, with a botanical character following and some hints of yeast complementing its character. In the mouth, the body is medium, with pronounced acidity and a lasting aftertaste.
